Leah has spent the last 28 years building friendships in the food service sector and has earned the affectionate title of “Pizza Queen” among her peers. She has a passion for helping others succeed and grown in the Pizza/Italian segment and prides herself on training and teaching others how to put all of the pieces of the “pie” together, Pizza pie that is!
When she is not in her mobile office, you can find her with Keith and the kids either on the ski slopes, at a Buckeye or Browns Football game, hanging with their red and blue Dobermans or attending her dirty little secret: heavy metal concerts (Metallica/Korn and Zombie happen to be her favorites)!

After receiving a bachelors in Marketing, Jason started to work marketing for a 100 unit pizza chain along with managing two of their locations.
He then moved on to B&B and has spent over 24 years growing relationships and sales all over Ohio, West Virginia, Western PA & NY.
- Specializing in customer solutions, whether it be food quality, food cost or labor issues. He is a family man - Carrie is his wife of 25 years. He is the father of 2; Ella at University of Kentucky and JJ is most happy jumping horses. Jason also enjoys his apiary and has kept bees for several years (#Link2Bees). Mountain biking and an occasional competitive race keep his mind clear.
Michael Harvey ( Market Manager )

Michael Harvey was born and raised in the Mid-west, where he continued his education at IU, earning a BA and MA in Applied Communications. Michael has worked within food distribution for almost two decades, with an even longer history of owning and operating his own pizzerias. Michael loves all things Italian and pizza, as he was raised mostly in a Sicilian household. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, cooking, and hanging with the family pet....Mr. Kitty.
Jim joined B&B in 2021 and is so excited to join the team to promote his passion….PIZZA
Jim has spent his entire career in Food in various capacities. He began his career as a cook at a regional Pizza chain and progressed to running the flag ship location. Jim then ventured out working for National QSR chain working as a District manager before moving to a National Ice Cream chain as a Franchise Business Consultant, helping Franchisees become more successful in their business.
The next step was the National broad line distributor side before moving on to the Broker side of things. Jim has been a broker for the last 6 years and enjoys helping customers find solutions any way he can.
When Jim is not at work he loves to golf (although he usually gets his moneys worth on the course) and Bowling. And of course, going to the beach whenever possible!
Michael grew up in the pizza world, watching his uncle run a pizzeria in Perth Amboy, NJ. After his service in the Navy, Michael decided to get back to the food industry where his passion resides. He worked in every aspect of cuisine from a quick serve diner to an upscale Italian restaurant, and everything in between. He found a home in the supply chain discipline where he purchased Food and Beverage for some of the country’s largest events including the CMAs, NBA Finals, and numerous NASCAR, concerts, and NFL events. In 2021, Michael moved to the distributor world to learn about the supply chain where he worked with over 350 accounts in 5 different concepts. Michael is eager to be a part of the B&B team to get back to his roots in the pizza world. He strives to help others in their business. Whether it’s recipe building, product selection, or data analysis, Michael can help.
In his free time Michael enjoys participating in his son’s activities. He also loves spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, or just exploring new things. Oh, and in the wintertime, he’s SANTA!
Brenda has been with the B&B family for 20 years. She’s worked in customer service for the past 40 years, starting as a receptionist, moving into customer service in the hotel and food service industry supplying all the essential needs such as glassware, to wastebaskets. She continued in customer service but moved into the tool industry as an administrative assistant to the Vice President. She moved back to the food industry when the office manager position at B&B became available and has been here ever since.
She has a wonderful husband (James), son (Sam), and daughter-n-law (Jennifer) - And don’t forget about her fur-babies, Opal and Pearl! (Both dogs.)
Kim has been with B&B for 17 years working as an internal customer service representative. She has been in the food industry for a total of 25 years, even though she is only 32! ;)
Kim has been married to her husband, Steve, for 25 years. Kim and Steve both realized they had a love for traveling and take every chance they get to vacation with friends and family.
